“The only constant in life is change. Nothing ever stays the same, no matter how hard we try!”
~ Velma Gallant, The Queen of JOY!
How Would Your Life Change if You
Found a Way to Welcome Change?
When change is a-foot, there’s really only 2 choices.
Fight it or Allow it.
Why Do We Choose to Fight Change?
Fear. You either don’t know what the change will bring, or you’ve imagined a result you don’t want.
When you fight change, it happens anyway, and often the experience becomes painful. I call this the Cosmic 2×4. If you fight change for too long, the Universe brings out the 2×4 and knocks you on through!
It then feels like you have no choice. You are dragged through the change kicking and screaming.
So why fight it?
What if You Welcome Change?
First of all, it isn’t anywhere near as painful, and the Universe doesn’t pull out the 2×4.
You are choosing to walk through the Change, so there is a feeling of Personal Empowerment.
You bring more choice into the experience because your eyes are wide open, and you see ALL the possibilities.
How Do You Welcome Change?
It’s really not as hard as most people think! Honestly, we make up that Change is tough, so why not make up that Change is easy, or perhaps even JOY-full!
My life has been full of change, and yes, I did fight it…lots! And I did learn a lot along the way too. I created tools that supported me through the fear. I call this Fear-Through-Ness. It’s so much easier to move through fear than to try and get rid of it (fearlessness).
I share some of these tools in Mini-Bites of Welcome Changes, which is the mini-version of my E-book, Juicy Bites of Welcome Changes.
You can have Mini-Bites of Welcome Changes as my gift when you subscribe to Welcome Changes Newsletter. You’ll see the subscription box off to the left here.
Once you’ve subscribed, have some fun exploring the site. I’ve gathered a number of tools and resources together.
