I met Velma when I was at a very low point in my life. I was in another job that I hated and that was so badly suited for me - again. I was feeling lost, my self esteem was low and my spirit felt crushed. Through working with Velma for only a short time, she helped me recognize my value and I was able to leave that job and begin on a journey of getting in touch with my self-worth and self-awareness.
